Title: can i freeze butter??

as you know i keep forgetting things, ive bought some butter today for the 3rd day running, large tubs so will last a month lol.

missed me doctors today as i thought it was thurs,booked another but cant remember what day it is next week  :-[
and filled up with petrol and got in the passengers side to drive. im definatly going off me rocker here  ;D ;D ;D

No problem with freezing it, need to freeze the coldest ones first to reduce the ice crystal formation so a couple of hours in the fridge first.

As for the rest, get a PA

Milk can be frozen so i don't see why not. Give it try, but just with one obviously ;)

Yes, you can freeze butter, put it in the oven on 200c. As for the Doctors, it wasn't your fault, they should have realised that they gave you the incorrect time when the appointment was made. And theres nothing wrong with getting in the passenger side to drive, my wife does it all the time when I'm in the other seat
