Title: now this HAD to hurt NSFW

I will warn you this does contain 2 very explicit pictures, however there is a serious   note here.....

If you wear a harness in either work or play this highlights the risk of not setting it up correctly

the reason why i have a steel plate screwed onto my sternum.....impact fractured it badly....

it saved my life and i would fit another one
