Title: Important event for small noisy boys
Post by: Martin_1962 on 13 December 2008, 18:52:12
Well even though they are 9 they haven't yet done a milestone event, partly they want to play games but usually too much going on. Sue went for dinner with her mum so I set them down for two parts of an important experience.

Correctly I started at 4 and showed that and 5.

They now know some important phrases such as

These aren't the droids you're looking for.

Size matters not. Look at me. Judge me by my size, do you? Hmm? Hmm. And well you should not. For my ally is the Force, and a powerful ally it is. Life creates it, makes it grow. Its energy surrounds us and binds us. Luminous beings are we, not this crude matter. You must feel the Force around you; here, between you, me, the tree, the rock, everywhere, yes. Even between the land and the ship.

The force is with you, young Skywalker, but you are not a Jedi yet.

No. *I* am your father

You just *HAVE* to get the the Lego Starwars game for PS?/XBox/whatever. My son considered himself far too old at the age of 12 since it was a 3+ game but it is so hilarious he keeps going back to it - in the hope he gets good enough to beat me  ;D

I'm afraid that that is a difficult moral high ground to maintain when you're on an internet forum on a Saturday night.  :P ;D

I'm not the worst, but even I have to have the computer next to the TV.  Neither one of them alone is enough to keep me occupied.  :(

Just read your post Martin, last night we took the dog for a walk after tea... weight is dropping off me, I am a Shadow of my former self!

Star Wars are the Ultimate Classics. I find it hard to believe that some people have never seen them.
I had our girls watching them before they could walk  :y
