Consider it more as the overall disregard for the Police Officer in the execution of his duty rather than the theft of the car....

We are always wingeing on here on the poor sentances dished out when folks flout the law of the land, so why the change of tune??

ps - bet the cop was disciplined for deriliction of duty allowing it to happen in the first place...... :(
