Post by: Richie London on 16 December 2008, 17:38:25: when i was working at the millenium mayfair hotel 2 yrs ago, brian turner is head chef there, was told a little story one day buy a kitchen hand. there was a big banquet one night for the american embassy opposite. all the top chefs were called in to help. 1 young chef im not naming was kicked out cause he was useless. couldnt do anything without a book ;)
