Title: why does this occur, see circled boxes

when i put my arrow on it it says: couldnt find in 30 secs. given up

is it something to do with active x ???

I think it's something to do with PhotoBucket, that's where their hosted. Try again later, that's what i usually do :y

it happens if the photo is moved from its host location, therefore not searchable by the filepath specified by the user on their profile or post

OOF host neither of the images that are given in first post, who hosts them is down to the member who created the post.

In the particular case above, its photobucket.  They provide a free service, so its only fair to accept it may be sluggish or unavailable sometimes,.
