Low Mileage but the History is abit concerning.
Would be a good car as a project I guess, possibly best towed/trailored though for anyone interested.
-
i'd be very wary of that mileage, it looks like its had projectors / HIDs fitted.
So again whats been fiddled with? :-/
-
Mine is the same year and only has an extra 10,000 miles on it, and mine is genuine

The part that I find abit concerning is
Cam belt done about 4 years ago
he hasn't mentioned when so could be overdue
Mileage could be spot on I guess

Probably best stuck on a trailer.....as its cambelt is about to go ping!

It's a year older than mine & done 15k more so could be genuine.......

looking on the listing he wants £700 for it
To get it roadworthy it would cost:
New cambelt kit = £100
New waterpump = £25
New rocker gaskets (probably the cause of the leak) Over £80 to do job properly with all new inlet seals/gaskets.
Service kit, oil filters, new antifreeze etc, say £60
So that's £965 so far, and that's if you do the work yourself.... if you get it done somewhere else the total cost is nearing £1200.
Squeak at the back may be suspension which would very much up the cost considerably more than that.
Thinking about it realistically, is it such a bargain? and NO, I'm not interested and trying to put anyone off, unless it goes for £250!!
Otherwise forget it.. ...

Well when you put it like that james like you say its not such a bargain, thought it might be a good project for someone but for the money he wants its so not worth it. :-[ :-/
