Only ask as im away too reading tomorrow and need too go via train.
Huntingdon too kings cross then tube too paddington onto reading.
Looks like im going too have a bit of time too kill either at Kings cross or paddington...anyone recommend anything too kill an hour or so without costing the earth.
Oh and anyone know how long it takes too get too Paddington via tube from Kings cross.

Haven't done it for years, but about 20 minutes AFAIR, things to do - take up trainspotting - 2 good London terminii :) ;)

Actually both are quite good architectually, so explore them

No manual estate....quite the opposite of what i was after. ;D
Still keeping an eye out for a 2.5 Auto as im a lazy driver...stick it Drive and sit back and relax all the way up to 60mph. ;D

go straight to reading, have a good brekkie in the cafe round corner, decent bar outside station too :y

kings cross and paddington are both on circle line iirc, so should only be 20-25mins or so. If at rush hour, you may not get on first tube though.
No decent pubs close enough to Kings Cross or Paddington :(
With the hopeless reliability of anything through Baker Street, I'd be inclined to get to your destination as quick as possible! Though if you fancy breakkie, there is a large Weatherspoons just outside Baker Street Station that does a reasonable fry-up.
If you are fit and fancy a brisk stroll, Kings Cross to Paddington is doable in an hour, but an awkward walk against the flow of pedistrians at rush hour.
Don't be surprised if all your bogies are black for days, thats normal for that shithole London

Have a wander round the new St Pancras and its undercroft.....next door to Kings Cross and very nice!
