and its not even my new baby........
all quiet in the block of flats for 8 years, everyone got on, helped each other out, kept the noises down to a minimum etc. so i decided to buy my flat as it was a fair size and only 22 grand. but then the arrival of the neighbours from the devils anus !!!
nothing but arguements shouting, doors banging crap in the communal hallway etc. then the arrival of kid 1- screaming through the night from day 1 continuing for at least a year and now in its 3rd year still screaming and banging !
so joy of joys another "accident" as she put it. im already counting the dark rings around my eyes........ >:(

round up the neighbours get them all to complain and get them moved out, will take a while, just keep complaining. if its council they wont need a court order now as the laws have changed. my flat belonged to an african who thought he was above the law. until he was found dead in here stabbed to death. 6 months ago i found 2 ounces of heroin hidden when i stripped out the kitchen cupboards. flushed it down the loo straight away, could get 10 yrs if that was found in here. i think i mentioned it before

you have to be careful what you do or say as you will end up the guilty party like i did. noisy neighbours is not only intrusive but can be a strain on your marriage and very stressful also. i cant handle music coming through my walls and i do go mental over it. luckily its ok here, we all get on so not so bad

Noise in flats is a common problem........when I was 22 ...I moved into a flat next to a 19 year old girl.........who had lots of very noisy sex with her boyfriend(s).......kept me awake all night for some reason. ::) ::) ::) ::)

I have been here before, Moved into a flat by the council above another flat. At First they seemed ok only to find out about 6 months later they were junkies with 2 kids, They slept all day and were up all night, they had no carpet so the you could hear everything. One night the kids were screaming no mum, no, they there was loads of banging and the kids ran out of the house. I called the police and then things became intresting they were trying to wind me up all the time, About 6 months later we moved out as the council were unwilling to help. We now live in a street with 24 houses and the neighbours are amazing.
Good luck
