Title: ap lockheed waterpumps

Been looking on ebay for a water pump for a 2.0 16v omega that im going to change the belt on for a friend. as I cant currently see any gen vaux ones on ebay, is ap lockheed a suitable replacement?

I dont have access to a main dealer up here, and the local motor factor charges postage and a percentage on all items ordered from main dealers thru them.

the lockheed pump is £20 gates powergrip full kit is 49, seem ok?

i normally get all my stuff from him, just makes sure i get all the bits and havent for got anything! :y

You wont get VX parts for close to that price even on trade club.....and remember that the Vx belt kist are supplied by gates and/or contitech

its just a genuine waterpump I want, Ill still go with the gates kit on ebay  :y

Genuine pumps are close to 40 quid inc vat

yep thats good enough for the peace of mind that comes with it.  :)
