Title: Fresat
Post by: Mr Skrunts on 18 January 2009, 17:12:34
Anyone got a link for the channel names that are available.

Main ones for me on Sky are

Bravo
Bravo2
Dave
Discovey
Turbo
MTV
and a few others.

Dont think most of these are available by freeview, so was wonderdering if they were by freesat.

TIA.  :y

Sorry, none of those on Freesat. As TB says, check out the Freesat web site.

Never thought to look there, now that I have the choice doesnt look spectacular.  Adds men and motors but nothing much that looks of interest.

So besides Sky, freeview and freesat in which eveyone can get access with the right equipment.  There is also cable that a lot of households cannot get (Myself included)

What other options are available out there if any?

Plenty of choice with both Freeview and Freesat - trick is simple get a PVR for each and you will find plenty to watch.

However our most watched channels have BBC in the name

BBC1
BBC2
BBC4
CBBC
News24
BBC-HD

Bit old for that one me thinks.

I was actually trying to find a way of dumping sky but finding access to the channels I like a different way round.
