Don't cheat by enlarging the eye chart!

Can you spot the 44th president of the United States of America in the chart below?

I always thought http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:SpittingImage_albumcover.jpg  was the original one for the lobotomy  ;D ;D ;D
