Eating a bag of crisps everyday for a year is equivalent to drinking 5 litres of cooking oil. So big deal?  ::)

real wholesome food to compliment any night on the beer, you cant live without it, and the chilli sauce on your shirt the next morning reminds you that you had it  :y

There’s a good word for it: “Moderation”. I don’t mind one or two every few weeks but obviously eating this crap everyday will cause obesity and health problems. But hey, does anyone check what we all eat in our diet? Mostly E’s and things I haven’t even heard on Chemistry lessons. There isn’t such thing as healthy food anymore...
Kebab shops is the only thing I miss about Reading…

The best traditional food you can have after a night out having a skin full. Won't put me off at all, they are scrummie  :y :y :y :y :y
Mind you when you have been a cabbie for twelve years on a night shift thats all you can get that's worth eating. Dried up chips or fish that looks like it's been there all day a Kebab looks more appatising than them thats for sure.

I wonder who paid for this "essential" bit of research then?
Joe Taxpayer no doubt, to come up with the conclusion that a kebab isn't health food.
Well that was money well spent, I'd never have guessed the outcome.
Can I get a degree in stating the bleeding obvious too?
Rant over.

Ahhh but apparently they aint that bad...one of them TV poof chefs investigated the kebabs from start too finish and reckons there made from good ingredients and dont deserve the reputation they have got.

Well from memory at least.... :P

If the chilli sauce is anything like one of our local kebab shops, it'll be the claw marks on the loo seat that remind you...once the tears have cleared and your eyes have un-crossed. Never again !  I'm sticking with garlic and mint from now on.

utter bollo?ks >:(

it barely depends of what source of meat is used and depends on the animal cut..

yep..you musnt eat everyday for known reasons but includes iron that your body needs.. in a balanced diet you can eat 2-3 times a week..

After 15 pints of Stella, I don't think another 2000 calaries will make much difference ffs.

And who honestly thought that donors (or any late night take away) was healthy.  Another pointless survey/research

had doner meat with fries and garlic mayo last night for my tea and to be honest, if that was the only thing in the world that's shortening my life expectancy, my I spend the rest of my life with a smile on my face ;D

i'm 6'4 and thin, not unhealthily thin, but thin enough to get away with another 2 stone of junk food ;D
