Is there any way I can find out who owns and or built a particular website ???  All I know is the url . TIA

whois service, though depends if they use an anonymoliser service, or in the case of co.uk, opted out.

If they have withheld, not much you can do.  You could contacting the registrar and ask them to forward a message for you

Cheers -- looks like the site is still under construction -- maybe they will pop on a contact page in due course.
