i need to send someone some money urgently to help them in a twizzle, if they open an account, how long before i send it to them can they draw it from there account??

Quite a while.....IIRC
They could 'spend' money with money you sent to an unverified Paypal account using Payal (via eBay etc.), but to withdraw the money to their bank account requires a verification process to 'approve' the bank account: that process can take approx. 7. days. :'(

Once the account is opened you can send money virtually straight away. It'll take 3 to 5 working days after they ask to transfer it into their bank account/debit card for it to appear in the account though.

so i'll have to go to the bank and put directly into there account then so they got the money this morning  :( :(

Yes. Most UK banks are fairly instant nowadays (not sure about Saturdays)

Thats the best idea, get the A/C no & put it direct into there account mate. quickest way round it.  :y

If they are in the same bank as you it will clear instantly, if its going from 2 different banks it can take 2hrs up to 3 days.
