He won't need to go on the A38, depends whats occuring on the A30, 4 or 5 miles of minor roads from St Mawgan to the A30, A30 all the way to the M5, although if it is bad there are some mahoosive hills on that road. :(

Hope he makes it :y

I was due to go to Wells this morning ---- couldn't even get to the end of my road --- phoned them and there's a blizzard there.

TBH Marie -- and I know it's a bummer, he would be better off staying at St Mawgan and then at least you will know he's safe. The roads are pretty treacherous.

The GM engines have hardened valve seats anyway so no additives required as long as the LPG is set up correctly.

If, and only if, the LPG is to blame then it wasn't correctly set up and must be leaning out too much, causing too much heat in the combustion chamber

TBH if it's not a multipoint system, don't bother fitting it as it will cause problems...

When you get a chance try to find out what make system it is and someone may be able to help :y :y

Have you been rained on ?? It's still thick on the ground here ---- not snow anymore -- but packed ice!
