GRAND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yep one thousand pounds. The owner of the garage (non VX) but employs about 5 blokes said its not worth it and I should just drive it till it dies.  :o :o :o :o

I just walked out as I dont want to drive it into the ground. Its far far too clean for that!!!  :-/

I was going to say around £600 :-/, think £1000 is a bit OTT :o.

Are you a member of the Autobahnstormers as I'm sure that someone on there would be able to help :y.

You need to change the tensioners too, they tend to break up.

Tensioners need to be done yeah but remember there are 2 chains on the 24v  :y

150k for the 24v chains, the older 12v chains were good for 250k since they were duplex chains.

Small chain???  ......

Large simplex chain drives one cam, and another small simplex chain then drives t'other cam from the first cam.  :y

Totaly dependent on servicing and the quality of the oil used.

I would not be putting a Mileage limit on it thats for sure!
