With ya neighbours lover who lives round the corner from you with his wife who doesn`t know he having an affair...cause he call the police on you and tell them he`s scared and afraid of you even though you`ve not spoken or seen him since november!!! I try to keep myself to myself as i`m trying my damn hardest to make my mothers final days on this planet as comfortable as possible and this PRATT does this....I really thought i was getting arrested today the way the PC was talking...I am so upset and angry...All i said to him in november was he was a pratt and to break off and grow up....I hope something goes disastrously wrong with his life now.... >:( >:( >:( >:( >:(

Try not to worry too much about it, youre just wound up -which is understandable-the coppers must deal with this sort of thing quite a lot and, if a reports made ,they have to investigate. Simple as. Main thing is that you didnt hit the bloke (much as youd like to) so just try and stay out of it, the blokes obviously a tw*t but overall karma works and he'll get his . Take care of yourself and family-thats more important.

When i told the police officer about his affair i was warned not to say anything as i could been done under a civil offence be sued!!! its incredible it really is i mean this blokes in his late 50`s early 60`s he must have shares in viagra...Plus when i was talking to a friend a coupla doors away from him he tells me this blokes also a church warden at the local church and that his brothers the vicar !!! I`m just gonna go about my life and give him a wide berth i dont want anymore trouble but i think i`ll look into a camera on the front and back as the next thing will probably be the dog keeps barking at him and i suppose she will get an ASBO :D :D

Why is he so offensive to you? What about other neighbors? Does he act the same way with them? I had a neighbor which though he owns the road. We had a car park around the block but sometimes I had to leave my car on the road, and one day he told me that he will ask to tow my car away and I cant park around his house (said that any car left overnight is “abandoned”). His wife was driving small Polo like a van and this was their main problem – road had to be completely clean for her to park her car in front of their house. It’s not my problem as I (and other neighbors) was parking my car properly. I was told that he called towing company, police and council about it and many people just don’t want to leave their cars there – too much hassle with loud and angry person. What I did is wrote and e-mail to the Council and complained about this situation, said that I’m afraid about my car, and ask them if he can just tow my car. I’ve got a response that he’s got no right to do that and they are aware of this problem (more neighbors have complained).
Next time he ask me to move my car I told him about the letter from Council and told him that if ANYTHING will happened to my car I will tell it was him, as he threat me before. This time I was the loud and angry person with rights and told him about sighs on the road and explained what the “abandoned car” is. Gues what – next time he said “hello” to me and I never have any more problems with him.
There are some people in our communities that are shouting loud and thread about their rights etc. They are easy to deal with but it needs cooperation between people. Unfortunately most of us rather go away and give them what they want which is meking them even more agresive (they know that with being loud they can get everything). We just don’t want to be involved and let them “grow”. Just try to be organised with other neighbours and try to record as many prooves as you can that it’s him causing the problem, not you (or your neighbours).

Oh i`ve talked to few people and it seems he rubs people up the wrong way...Its ok for him to park his caravan on the road with a cable going over 30 ft to his house on the floor and on the public pavement as well...isnt that illegal? it could be live for gods sake....I`ve just made my mind up to avoid him and not give him any reason as to pursue any avenue of prosecution all i`m bothered about is my family now...

its only a offence if it can be proven!!!! is amazing what the local ned will do for a few ££s haha :-? ::) me i would never do that ;)

Imo you shouldnt get involved at all at the moment Bertie,try your best to put it out of your mind and concentrate on whats really important.I would imagine the last thing you need at present is any more hassle in your life.
For what its worth,I (and I,m sure many others on here) greatly admire the way you are doing your best for your parents at the moment,its the kind of thing which restores faith in human nature in these cold cynical times we live in. :y

Well at the moment me mums had a bad coupla days..She`s in pain with her tumor on her spine and now she`s got a viral infection on her chest plus she dont know what day of the week is at the moment....Cause of the all morphine she taking Oramorph every 4hrs,zormorph 20 mg`s twice a day ibruprofen every 6hrs and thens the nausea tablets,and other tablets she`s taking oh and i forget the morphine that can only be adminstered by the district nurse as and when required its confusing remembering all this...plus i`ve gotta make sure me dads getting fed as he`s looking after her 24/7..I just do the washing shopping and banking and cleaning that he cant do.... :(
