Light flashed yesterday straight away after starting up, I turned car off and back on again and all was well. Been told it could be due to a gearbox fault and need it testing. Is there a way to paperclip a senny at all? :y

Yes!
But I'm at work and so don't have the web site with the relevant info. Ask on the ABS forum though & you'll get an answer.
You can 'paper clip the engine, gearbox, alarm, digi dash, ride control suspension.

Yip paper clip it,under the bonnet, drivers side turret if i mind right, next to the fuel change switch....and count the flashes
I would source a gearbox ECU mate, common problem with them.....

The VXON info for the cav will tell you which pins to short out.
