Title: where did you all find....

These really cheap elites and stuff you are always mentioning when someone asks whats it worth or puts a car up thats overpriced???

I am DESPERATE to get back "in the fold" and should have about 500 in the next week or two to spend but all the elites i can find are going for 8/900 quid :'(

I am pretty certain i want a 3.0 as my 2.5 just didnt feel anything near the 3.0 for power ( obviously but you know what i mean)

I cant afford an mv6 - £500 will be my top budget for now

I dont want an estate - no need for it , but the one i had was nice - loads of room and went well (it was a 3.0).

I would prefer an elite - both my green one and estate were elites and had all the toys) but may consider the right cdx as i guess an interior can be swapped?? and the 2.5 cdx i had recently wasnt missing too much just mainly the cow-hide.

I would obviously prefer a manual but aint really fussed.

Ideally black but any colour would be ok as i dont see the colour when i am inside it lol

Any pointers guys??

No not really  8-) :D, my only set in stone conditions are 2.5 or 3.0 and not an estate .

Ive found my 2.5 too be nearly as quick as my old 3.0. :o

Sods law says as soon as youve bought something half a dozen will come along too tempt you.. ;D
