Title: Not Omega related help required
Post by: LFF64 on 16 February 2009, 21:31:40
I have a friend with a zafira X reg and he is having problems with it running . He had the MAF changed and its better but not right .
It seems that the temp guage barly moves from cold if at all .
I am thinking that the temp sender or wiring is damaged , am I correct in thinking this will make the ECU run rich as it thinks the engine is cold still (on choke  :question)
or any thing to look for that anyone is aware of please  :y

Are there not 2 temp sensors like an Omega? One for the gauge (single wire) and one for the ECU .......
