Yes, capable of spraying single panels to

if anybody wants some air tools ive got 2 air guns i know where 1 is not 100% sure where the other is
they might need a dam good clean tho

I wouldnt mind a small compressor and some basic air tools like the impact wrench and chisel. Would also be insterested in a nail gun. But the main reason I fancy the compressor is so that I can get an airbrush. Allways fancied doing some sort of art but really like the airbrush idea.

For spraying you want the filter dryer and a dedicated hose!

Was looking at one of these last week.
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/COMPLETE-AIRBRUSH-KIT-AIRBRUSH-COMPRESSOR-AIR-BRUSH_W0QQitemZ260356108810QQcmdZViewItemQQptZUK_Crafts_DrawingSupplies_EH?hash=item260356108810&_trksid=p3286.c0.m14&_trkparms=72%3A1688|66%3A4|65%3A12|39%3A1|240%3A1308
Then saw this.
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/High-Performance-Silent-Airbrush-Compressor-W-Tank_W0QQitemZ300290730232QQcmdZViewItemQQptZUK_Crafts_DrawingSupplies_EH?hash=item300290730232&_trksid=p3286.c0.m14&_trkparms=72%3A1688|66%3A4|65%3A12|39%3A1|240%3A1318
But they would only ever be use for use with the airbrush and no good at all for other air tools so I didnt bother

I got a similar one last time Aldi's had the offer great little compressor. I got the airbrush ing kit with it and will never use it so if you buy one you can have the one I got too :y

Cheers matey.
It wont be till I move home and get settled in, going to try and build a mini workshop in the process and have a go at making some picture frames.
-
That looks quite good, it has the drain valve, so that should get rid of water in the air. Or will that be good enough if you are spraying, do you need an extra filter ?. The tools look reasonable, not brilliant quality but cheap enough so if they don't work very well you haven't lost a lot. I may have to find an Aldi next weekend, can't see me getting thro the airport security with one of those !.

Same compressor I have. Grand for general workshop use but it does struggle a fair bit when using the impact hammer. Hammer really gobbles the air with limited results (cannot undo stubborn wheelnuts, for instance) and the wee compressor is really working its nuts off.
The parrafin sprayer, air ratchet, blow gun, sprayer, etc are all fine for hobby use. Planning on getting the spot blaster and media this time round. Would be handy for those prefacelift rust scabs on doors etc.... ;)

No probs, it's in me garage. Just remind me :y

i hate aldi..... every time i go in i spend a lot of money
the one proplemwith this compresor is the small air tank, okay for blowing up tyres but it will be working hard if you use any tools
-
Nothing to do with the tank in reality.
Its capable of 9.5cfm fad which is ok but, at pressure, being a flapper type pump, this will drop quickly and hence why it will only drive air hungry power tools for a short period.
If you want better though, your looking at well over 250 quid!
-
I've had one for a while now. Top bit of kit, the nut gun saves The Gnome loads of spannering graft. ;D
-
I have 50 liter model..pressure drop quickly :-/
-
Only problem is.. None of the Aldi stores near me seem to do tools. :(
Being on a Sunday, I might be able to forage further afield this time though.
Anyone been to Havant / Fareham / Southampton / Romsey? Any idea which one will be the best bet?
Kevin

My local always have them. I'd get one for you it's just getting it to you afterwards unless we form a chain :P

I thought you already had a compressor ::)
Correct. Now I "need" some more toys to connect to it. 8-)
