Title: Is this actually an elite
Post by: Del Boy on 21 February 2009, 15:51:52
It's got CDX alloys, says elite on the doors, 2.6 twin exhaust (no prob there looks new) has all the toys and a spoiler so have they just changed the wheels?

Someone has taken the elite alloys off then, and replaced with CDX alloys. Unless you could specify CDX alloys when new, don't know?

Bose-Sound system was a standard and it's not there (standard CDX unit).
Apart from that fully electric seats with memory are on board so it must be an ELITE with many bits missing (Bose, 17"alloys etc).
Price is bit overrated...

that headunit was used on the elite without sat nav tho, looks to be an elite just with CDX alloys

My Elite doesn't have Sat-Nav and there is Bose sound with telephone. I have also had CDX and it had this unit. It's hard to say, would have to check if there's amp and sub in the boot.
Anyway - if alloys are 16" then more bits could be replaced...
