lol i havnt a clue which force used mine then
does anybody know how to find out?
easy way of telling if you have lsd or not. look on underside of diff. should be 2 rows of numbers. the bottom row should have either S or O ( S means yes you have LSD, O means better luck next time). then the final drive ratio should read something like 37:10 = 3.70
hope this helps.
lol, well you can always ask ;)I have lol it's local to me too but then again that is a bit cheeky but you don't know till you ask :)
weeell...tbh 1k doesnt sound too bad to me (mines had a new or just swapped engine!) so you can always try and say it'll have been hammered everywhere so could need some money spending when these things go :PDidnt think of that, there is a hole in the rear wing too where an ariel was costly repair that ;D Sadly the bloke has just lost his job so I'm sure he could do with a grand right about now.
No to a grand :(
;D ;D :yQuoteNo to a grand :(

neither am i lol!
might join at the end of this month :-/
Mine spent it's first 12 months as a motorway patrol car - 62k in 12 months! It then spent the next 8 years of it's life as a skid-pan training car. Hence it's low mileage of 83k today.
Mr Wollaston
I'm afraid our info on this car has been deleted. I am fairly sure it
was a traffic car as I have found reference to its sister car V811GAB as
a traffic car.
Hope this helps.

As for the LSD, most did have LSD including the later 3.2's.
Its this that makes them appear faster as they are a slightly lower ratio than the mass production cars.

Possibly....they were no lighter in police use though due to the extra kit.

Did a bit of working out... depending on the ratio of the LSD, when coupled with an AR35 slushy, theoretical top speed varies from 164mph to 178mph (at around 6500rpm)
Although I can't see it ever going that fast ;D
