Encountered a few problems.....the crank seal is leaking and I have not felt alternators bearings as rough since I picked up a new Ford one.

Any work on exhaust manifolds?
The 3.2 and 2.6 manifolds appear to be quite a bit better than the standard 2.5/3.0 ones.
I think these will be more of an issue for the larger cc engine, this one is a 2.6 but, once they are off we will have a little look at them.
Its fair to say that on the porting, quite a bit could be done around the exhaust port as you could remove the section associated with the air injection but, you need the header to match it!
