Ive been driving one the last few days......since the Merc Viano has gone in for repairs.....
Comparing it against the Merc...
The Trafic....is
A lot quieter, engine noise and cabin noise.
It seems just as pokey as the Viano.
Its ICE is better sound quality.....altho doesnt look as good.
Its downside is...
Its full of cheap looking plastic
Its got as 6 speed manual box, that you are forever changing gear.
You can only load the far rear seat passengers from the nearside
That said about it.....its big plus is fuel economy.....its bl**dy amazing on diesel......Its doing a 12 hour shift on £15 of diesel :o .. Same shift in the Viano and its £20 of diesel! Tho the Viano is auto.....but thats still a big difference!
I still prefer the Viano......but if the engine from the Trafic could be transplated into the Viano :y

The Trafic isnt as long and got 2 extra seats
