Actually they are getting pay cuts. They need the money to buy lots of logo generating shite ( See BBC Motion Sickness and BBC Pink)

i think bbc1- channel 5 should be on a contract like sky, but then again would anyone want the package. they would be bankrupt within a month
-
Got my renewal on Saturday. :(
If it wasn't for that fact that it keeps Mrs. KW quiet I think the TV would end up in a skip and TV Licensing would be told to ram it. >:(

its prob for all the repeat fees they keep having to pay when they put them on again and again and again and again and again and again :D
-
i think its abit cheaky to put it up! the BBC makes money from UK TV for selling repeats! and CBS and lots of other foreign TV companies as were in a credit crunch perhaps they should foot the bill not us!
i would rather not pay a license i only watch 1 BBC show and thats TopGear i think its abit cheaky to demand £130 off me a year for aload of shoddy shyte programming

Next it will be a Pc License ::)

My father in Law ......................who has retired...............has three large company pensions..............plus his state pension........has no mortgage............gets £400 a year winter fuel allowance............... a nice government bonus at Christmas each year.........gets free prescriptions...............free eye tests......has five or six foreign holidays each year..............eats out five times a week .......................has no idea what the Credit Crunch is even if it bit his arse .................and is still given a fu#king free TV licence each year.............Crazy... :-/ :-/.
-
After all said and done the TV license is less than £3 per week, or 40p per day for some great television. :y :y :y So what is the fuss :-? :-??
I used to have sky, as one of my friends has, and it is absolute rubbish for a good deal of the time. ::) ::) ::)
-
I hardly ever watch TV and when I do I only ever watch stuff in black n white ;)
-
Next it will be a Pc License ::)
That is being discussed by the government
-
My most watched channels are
BBC1
BBC2
BBC-HD
BBC-4
BBC News24
So I suppose I get good value.
I watch a lot of documentries

Well, on principle I am never paying TV licence to the BBC...
No other TV company receives any of it...
Sattelite TV is full of repeats...
Cable TV is full of repeats...
The only thing that shows on my TV is DVD movies etc...
As for PC licence, they already try to include your PC when they come checking up for TV licence...!!
TV licence is an old archaic idea...
As far as I am concerned they can shove it where the sun doesnt shine...LOL
;D ;D ;D
