I think the ATC guy needs a hearing test.  How many times did he say "Say again"  ?

I thought that, but then again I also thought that he may not be believing what he was hearing, or at least needing clarification of an imminent crash.

trust me with enough training you remain calm in situations like that, the proof being the way 18 year olds handle fighting on the frontline with Tery Taliban  :y
