Can you imagine going 70 mph down the M5 with these balloons trailing a few yards behind you?

Instructions for a fun time on the motorway...............
Step 1. Tie balloons to car.
Step 2. Drive like a bat out of hell!
Step 3. Watch people freak out!!!!

Excellent, imagine driving through birmingham, or london or any major town  ;D
What would happen if you drove round by heathrow ???
