Title: How much is this miggy worth?

Its a 2.2 16v 2003 '03' CD
2 private owners from new, 38,542! genine miles,YES 38,000 MILES ;D full VX service history (stamps), all m.o.t certs,m.o.t till December no tax, manual, silver,excellent condition, as in no rust at all,well looked after,& all the CD toys,
The chap that owns it has known my girlfriend & her family for years they are nextdoor neighbours he can't drive anymore cos of ill health & he's offered me first refusal, but he wants me to make him an offer,so I need a bit of help please!

If it's as good as you say then I'd give £1500-£2000 anyday........but others especially a dealer may not agree, and offer much less.

We all know it should be worth more, and to the owner definately so.
I hate putting figures on cars, it's worth what you feel you are willing to part with for it.

Factor in a cambelt Lee when you haggle the price :y
