Title: Will this work ?

Im really needing to get a new key for my car .
Obviously i will need to change the blade and get it programmed but would this work ?

The question I think Proz is can you obtain the standard Vx flat blade with a 'harness' that will fit this fob? :o :o

Apart from that I believe as long as you  have the right blade, cut to match your car, and with a chip  that can be programmed for it, then all would be fine!

Edit :   360130375737 Key blade to fit Vaux/Opel flip key  :y

Can it be programmed though.  :-/

I've never understood what that means  :-[

That is what I mean, as I know when I needed a new key shank the only one available was the one that fitted the standard Vx fob design. ;)

I maybe should have checked that before i bid on it .... just hope someone beats me now  :y

Got the key today but might as well put it in the bin as i belive it wont work  :-[

If it doesnt work for your car, sell it and at least get some of your money back...

i was thinking about changing the guts from one key to another
must be a way of doing that
probly a few hours doing bit by bit

mite get a key next week and have a look at it
my spare key is knackered i might strip that
