i just rang to make an enquiry about my self assesment when it goes online next week. after having to press half a dozen numbers and sitting in a que for about 3 mins. i gave the customer services my details and i couldnt believe her reply after putting me on hold for a minute.  the rather number has changed. can i call this other number. 8min 31 secs for frigging nothing. i cant be bothered now so will do it round my x's house tomorrow. free!!  ;D ;D
