Title: more bits off the elite
Post by: The Red Baron on 05 April 2009, 16:15:56
took the o/s wishbone off yesterday. dash cut & heater matrix out, found it wasnt leaking but the O rings had gone on the in/outlet pipes. was going to put new Hbv on but found pipes had been cut so need new ones. just waiting on parts to arrive now so i can start getting her back together. dumped the engine oil out, removed filter...urk, no wonder the lifters were noisy, filter just about blocked. couldnt have had a service for years. can anyone tell me if the front wings are a bolt on job.?  :y

Sorry Johnty for casting blame in your direction! :-[ :-[  I must say that if a wing has a dent it probably has been caused by a woman (in a 4x4 in a car park grrr >:(), but when a man kills a wing he does it good and proper crumpling it beyond recognition! :D :D :D ;)

That is the wonderful thing about men; they always do a full job, good or bad!! :-* :-* :-* :-* 8-) 8-)
