Title: freecycle bargain

just picked up a xbox360 off freecycle
with all the hd cables

the person said its not working ;D
i tried it at my mom's and its fine :y

just a bit worried that if left on for a few hours that red light might start to flash
but that is easy to sort out ;D

plus its only just under 2 years old so i could always claim from microsoft for a new 1
did it once ;D

make me an offer
like i said not sure if it will play for long periods
that red ring thing might come on
but an easy fix or even send it back to microsoft on warranty :y

Could always do what I do, have a Media Center, and purely use the seXBOX360 as an extender

careful it doesnt suffer from RROD

play it for 1 hour and see what happens

a friend gave me a 360 that was "dead" i attempted to sell it to GAME who insisted they tested it :'( failed the test and its been chucked out
