Title: What are they worth?
Post by: JamesV6CDX on 07 February 2007, 07:34:47
Looking at a new Meega today, and I think it would be probably best to break my V6, rather than sell it as a working car, even though it's got half an MOT. As a car, it's worth I reckon now £250 without resolving it's faults and with it's cosmetic scars. I guess I could break it for more than that, by just selling the engine or heads and the cats ?!

I've also got the 2.0 (with a duff engine) that I can break, once I've taken the LPG stuff off it.

Any ideas what I could make, by breaking these 2 cars? I will be unable to remove panels like doors/boot lids etc, because the car's will be parked at my mums in quite a nice area, and she doesn't want what looks like half a car on her drive! But anything inside the engine bay or inside the cars, will be ripe for the breaking...

Any ideas what I could make?
