I`ve posted on a Bmw owners group with a couple of slight probs i`m having....Not 1 response!!!! I cant believe it plenty of peeps looking at the posts but not 1 reply...Where as if you post on here you get an almost immediate reply...Well i give up on em if they want to take their motors to stealers and get fleeced then let em.....The sooner i get enough dosh together i`m coming back to miggy ownership..Possibly a MV6 or top end elite..... >:(

Whats up with beemer then Bertie?

Bought a pollen filter for it and i cant find where the bugger goes...I`ve googled it and its not where they say it is so i`m thinking the bugger dont have 1 fitted.... :-/....Plus the rear windows struggle to go back up and i`ve replaced the plastic sliders which where worn out and i`m` thinking its the motors...but both going at the same time???? :-/

Can you measure the volts on the motors when they are winding up? Could be a bad connection somewhere dropping volts.

ahh yes.... BMW forums unless you have a E46, M3 or an M5 or a 850 CS whatever then unfortuantly you wont get much help atall
friends & family have BMW's so ive tried helping them i found some of the USA forums helpful
on later BMW's i know the polen filter lives in the wipper scuttle under a plastic removable cover :y might be the same on an older one i dunno
-
Go for it bertie, get rid of the BM and get yourself a proper car, :y
-
I`ll get round to getting another miggy but i`ll have to be patient and just save up.....so the Beemer will have to do for now unless sumat comes up and i can afford it.... :y
