Title: Car parts.
Post by: Big Fra on 15 May 2009, 13:46:08
After reading posts about car transplants and lack of scrappy's, I thought I would share this, I think its a pretty good idea.

I've had to do that since June 1994 big lad ;D ;D :y but seriously it is a good idea, I  would prefer to have the choice over what, but more importantly how,  parts are extracted  :y :y

 Very good. ;D

But you do have the choice.

Buy a written off car.
Pay them £40 to remove the engine and box properly.
Strip the shell yourself in 7 hours.
Walk away.

I had a look at the Inverkeithing site, 3.0 Elite for £100+vat!

That would be a certain money maker. imho. :y

That sounds like a good plan. Roll up mob handed and decend on the cars like a shoal of phiranas, and strip them bare! :y :)
