Title: Suspension Upgrades for V6 Estate

I have a 2.6 Estate that has done 130,000 miles and as you can imagine it's feeling a bit soggy on anything other than a flat straight road.
Anybody had experience with suspension upgrades or got any recommendations as to what kit I should go for?  :o

Bilstein shocks are recommended (not as expensive as you would think....)
