I received a Postal Order for some ebay items the other week & i keep forgetting to cash it. Can the buyer cancel it without me knowing & so leave me outa pocket?

No, not as far as I know as it is not like a cheque, but an amount to be honoured by the Post Office. :D ;)

No, it cant be cancelled, but you must cash it within a certain time, else he can say it was never received and claim his money back. It's either 3 or 6 months, I think.

I do if I can help. Not just to increase my post count.

A word of caution here: When sending postal orders, always retain proof of posting.
Royal Mail will not entertain a claim for a lost one without this proof, and then only after fifteen working days from date of posting.
