I'm not very good with two year olds. Last time I met one he was a sarky little git, so I had to pin him down, twist his arm up his back and shout 'Who's the daddy now!'

For the amount of money you would spend on an LCD that can provide CRT like near fluid motion, you might as well get LED.

I saw a 46" Sammy LED set last week, and it made LCD & Plasma's look like John Logie Baird's first efforts to transmit a television picture.

Price tag was right too, £1500 inc.

Full on LED from what I read of the specs Martin.

It was the Samsung UE46B7020WWXXU (Series 7).

No definately an LCD panel with LED backlights, some advantages and some disadvantages compared to CFL.

BTW Samsung and Sony have a shared panel line and the 40" and 46" TVs will have the same panel, but different electronics, backlight ect

Sometimes nick the shock can take a little longer to get over with youngs ones as they tend to remember things like that for longer.
I couldn't believe that sonny didn't crack a smile last night, so unlike him to keep straight faced.
Hope he gets back to normal very soon, I miss his cheeky smile.
As for Romeo he is carrying on as normal as if nothing has happened, funny little mite he his.

All the best Nick for everyone mate.
