No... :(
Mine are done by an agency, been working with them for 8 years now, small company so not too expensive, if you are intersted in the contact details let me know...
If it is of any help then KwikCall (or whatever they are called) were too expensive though.

You could try www.vistaprint.co.uk
You can design your own business cards from their on-line templates and various other options. I used them for my business cards for mobile disco's and they are pretty good and reasonably priced for smallish quantities.

I got about 250 business cards and 144 return address lables from Vista, cost me about £5.50 - bargain :y

Vista print always has offers.
e-mail offers come from the states cards posted in Belgium

I used to do my own......you can get good quality blanks that are stuck to a backing....ie about 20 on an A4 page......do the design youself using ms publisher or whatever you are used to using....and print em off in high quality mode.....pain is sitting there removing the individual cards from the backing......but its better than the perforated edge ones that look cheap.
But if you can find a printer do them them cheap enough....better still :y

i get mine done the same way as bod.dent, vistaprint.....
