Whilst agreeing that My Mig was in excellent condition and a dead straight car the px price against any of his small second hand cars was £350.00 :'( :'( said the second hand car dealer. I know they are not worth much but was hoping for more than that :( I cannot let the Mig go for that :'( :'(
Considering getting a 17 year old friendly car, but have not got the room for 4 cars so decided to trade the Mig. :-/ :-/ :-/

He'd probably put it on the block. Who's gonna buy one nowadays?
Sorry.

That's along the lines of what he said, I guessed as much when a Volvo V70 Estate was cheaper than most of the small cars he had......... ::) ::)

Yep i agree, omegas are worthless.
But, i love mine, and not planning to get rid of it.
So i don't care that cars can now do 70 mpg, and i average 25 in mine.
Atleast i get 25 miles of fun :D :D :D

I must have spent 2 or 3 times its value rebuilding the engine but it's not going anywhere :y
-
you only have to look at my engine bay to realise that 8-) :y

..............couldn't agree more.
My cdx estate is worth nothing to the trade and wasn't the best example when I got it.
I love the dam thing and have spent more on her than is rational (the latest being on show to you all in the Gallery), but you know what, to me the value of my Mig is absolutely f***ing priceless.......................
................and will be until it no longer moves.
Get rid of her? Nah! Not for a long long time.

I know exactley what you mean, especially as i'm one of those watching your thread ;D.
I love my mig, best car i've ever had, and probably one of the most worthless in the current climate.
But no, i'm not getting rid of it.

Except in France, where for some strange reason ALL motor vehicles are worth 3 times more (on average) than what they are worth here.
