Are they essentially the same car :-/ Looked at a 106 today and just looking at a pic of a Saxo rear wheel arch looks the same. 1998 era.

They look the same (despite not sharing one single panel) because the both the 106 & the Saxo are based on the old Citroen AX.

before buying clit tried a saxo vts , consumes more fuel than my miggy ;D but must admit was modded and its really scary to be that fast on a car this size :o
and many parts are compatible with each other as far as I know..

Thats totally true and you'll find if you feet are bigger than a 6 you'll struggle to hit just one pedal they're all very close together and very small right pain in the ar*e

Come on guy's, you are talking to a Mini driver over a large number of years ::) ::) ::) just looking around for my 17 year old........... ;)

be fine for a 17 year old with small feet
not advisable on long jorneys tho you'll soon have a bad back
