Yes doubt he will have any problems when he visits the far north ::)......that's if they let him across the border ;D

Notice your fae Perth :y.......Is caithness glass still there at inveralmond industrial estate?, also my uncle used to have a tyre and scrap yard out at inveralmond, his son now runs it.

I highly recommend the West coast north of Glasgow in the winter.  Done it twice (1971 and 2009) and you have the place to yourself.  No sign of midges then!

caithness glass closed over a year ago in perth  :(
there was talk of it re-opening - but i don't know what the latest is

that scrappy's - it's probably the one that bought my Galant when it died - gave me a decent price too  :y

They certainly bite as I have found when visiting Scotland in the past Mike. :o :o

But a few drams of single malt soon drives it all away!! ::) ::) :D :D ;)

they're still there - you just don't feel anything because of the hyperthermia  ;D ;D

Went camping in scotland in 1970.i can still remember being eaten alive by those bloody midges!
