...channel your positive vibes & energy towards Stoke tomorrow about 10 o'clock... the Mig's in for it's M.O.T.

You all know what it's like... walking up & down the waiting room like an expectant father... :-?  (well, I'll be at work actually waiting for the phone to ring but you know what I mean...)

Only on handbrake though. Probably because we never piggin' use the handbrake .

LOL. I fell for that one in the past.

Always use the handbrake, and not just for show - pull it up as if you would in a manual.

It really is a case of "Use it or Lose it".  The cables tend to seize, as do the handbrake mechanisms.

A common failure, covered many, many times....use it or it 'breaks, not brakes'   :'(

Good guide on how to fix in the maint section  :y

I was sure mine was going to fail on hand brake, but it passed. Dunno how, you can practically push the car with the hand brake on  ;D

Keep tellin' my missus to stop doing handbrake turns into the drive but she dunna listen... ::)
