Seriously though, it shows great lateral thinking.

I'm sure that the recepient doesn't care about the mechanics involved, only that he's gained some useful sight where he had none before the procedure :y

Good luck to him, sight is a precious blessing :y :y

Very true -- if I had to lose one of my senses, sight would be the last on my list.

I find it great that they can do things like that, but find it strange that they can not cure things like cancer or aids.
