Title: what is a bussiness plan

need to make a bussiness plan but havent got the faintest idea where to start. was wondering if any body could point me in the right direction/ give a bit of advice.

2, make loads of money
3, retire to the carribean


not a bank manager in the country will be able to pick a hole in that one  :y

you forgot to say sell the firm on for an outrageous sum of money. :y

I think Barclays will give you a DVD with how to do one.

call your local businesslink - it is a Gov funded business support programme, all advice is free and you should get the help you need.

National portal is at http://www.businesslink.gov.uk, there are tools on there that will help, if you need one-to-one advice, the phone number is on there, that will route you to your local office.

as above, business link is the place to go. Thers LOADS of guides, templates and example on their site...
