best one I rememeber was about 1982, was'nt raining, had been quite humid and Iwas laid on my bed watching the lightning forking accross the sky, was awaome.

Only other thing I can say taht impressed me more with weather activity was when i saw the Northern Lights in Aberdeen when I was abour 14.

this saturday when I take mom to a picnic area , the rain started.. when I rushed to the car to take an umbrella (very good idea in that weather :-[) a lightning hit a tree just few meters away..  :o :o :o
was really very close.. :-?

result:
My ears was in pain from the noise and the tree was cut in some places..the children around start to cry .. :(

Just spoke to my folks who are on a caravaning holiday in the deepest depths of Cornwall. They've had storms and rain for the past 24 hours. They were meant to be moving to another site this morning but the fire brigade won't let them move as they are having to pump all the water out of the site! :o :o

When we arrived on site in Plymouth this morning it was torrential rain... Managed to get the awning up in a lull and it's now brilliant sunshine :y :y :y

Just getting a few beers down my neck and chilling now :y :y :y

Allways remember one night when I was 10 3 o'clock in the morning it was one hell of a thunder storm, it woke me up and I went into my mum and dads bedroom and me and my dad watched it from there bedroom window. Ausome
