Title: Anybody any good at flash intros??

I've been trying to make a flash intro for our charity website, but having nae luck.
Has anybody any experience of these?
Need to pick some brains  :(

Flash is an easy tool to use once you've got you're head round it, the difficulty is in the creative element ;)
