Ever get the idea they don't want to talk to you? ;)
-
Just about Jimbob, and woud not let me press the number to get to another selection etc.
Funny how last week they rang asking me to insure the box and then a few days later of breaks :-X
Anyway done :y No more SKY, freeview only.
-
I would miss a few channels If I quit, plus would have to sort out a new decent PVR to match it's functionality.
Sticking put till switchover is well and truely underway and see how the markets develop.

:-? :-? :-? :question :question
Bought a box which works fine, though do want one that will run from the dish rather than ariel if this is possible :-/
Sorry, had to get up from my sick bed and go and collect Miss amps from school, swmbo running late ::)
-
Cheers JB, just saved an edited version of all the numbers on my PC, surprising how often they are req. :y

np
knowing sky they will change before you need em though ;D
-
Hope I dont need em tomorrow, have decided to go with the HD upgrade, which is also part of me moving home as I dont have Sky here.
If the reception suffers it will be a cancellation phone call and a refund. ;D ;D

Box from a dish and a PVR - easy get a Humax HDR - brilliant piece of kit - better than Skys proprietry lump
-
If I were to change it would likely be a Humax, but not on the cards at the mo.
-
Downside for me is the only Sky and Virgin cover Bravo and B2 and I cant get virgin. Otherwise I would jump at a Foxsat HDR setup
